A. While each project is different our average completion rate for Roofing, Siding, Windows, or Doors is typically a week. It depends entirely on the full scope of work, weather & special order waits.

A. All our clients have different needs but we have a wide range of brands and materials that we use/recommend  that come with lifetime or limited lifetime warranty from the basics to custom luxury.

A. We started our general contracting business 30 years ago in NYC. In 2008 we moved our base to Raleigh, NC, and up until recently, we decided to revamp our entire business to conform with more modern times.  

A. Our hours are (8-6:30), Monday through Saturday

Projects costing less than $40,000 will be broken down into two installment payments. The first half is due when a contract is signed, the second half is due upon completion date.     

Projects costing more than $40,000 will be broken down into three installment payments.  Which is fully based on the type of project

  A. Yes! You'll have the same team throughout the entire project. Our lead contractor (Denis Sr.) will always be on site. 

A.  A day before the project begins for safe and best practices is highly recommended.   

A. There's always some sort of noise on a job site but we always respect our surroundings and your neighbors.

A. We offer 10-15 year labor warranty (transferable and non-transferable) depending the project and we always offer material with manufacturer warranty.

A. Of course! We will send you a detailed summary via email or text providing you with the up-to-date progress of your project. 

A. The On site manager is Denis Sr. / The Project manager is Denis Jr.

A. We ensure to organize & clean any debris, tools, or material at the end of the day
